Em&Co…one of L.A.’s many treasures
Hello all! I am so excited to share some of my amazing experiences while I’ve ventured out into L.A. While out and about, I decided to explore West 3rd Street in L.A. This is the home to many unique and eco-friendly stores. Being the organized person that I am, I did my fair share of Yelping online and set out with my to-do list of stores to see. Low-and-behold, the store that caught my attention was the hidden treasure known as Em&Co. Not only was this store not on my list, but it also completely caught me by surprise!
Em&Co has so many different styles of clothes, jewelry, and bags; all reflective of the various artists and lines they support. Not everything in this store is organic or focused on the idea of sustainable living, but it does support many local artists. Whether their talent be redesigning old jewelry or expressing oneself through photography/painting/etc., Em&Co carries so many pieces that are both unique and diverse. I was even successful in buying a dress for myself (which, if you know me, is a rare treat) for a great price. The owner and manager are both so sweet and very involved with their customers. Both were so accommodating to my type of style and, more importantly, my budget!
They hold great events during Fashion Week and monthly and it can be found on their website under their calendar. I’ve included pictures of their store and the dress I bought! I would definitely recommend checking out this store if you are ever in the area. They definitely have this Fashionable Earther’s support!
