We did manage to get leggings from the 80s, an amazing feat. In my opinion, "80s Trend" will keep cycling in and out for decades to come. So we had better get used to it. My strategy is to incorporate the trends from the eighties that I actually did like in to my wardrobe. The Eighties weren’t so bad, minus the shoulder pads and ridiculous hair. I've just finished revamping my closet and realized I have enough 'eighties' outfits to fill a Paris boutique. And I'm not even nostalgic for the eighties - even LESS for the seventies. There's no decade like the thirties when it comes to fashion- but then we didn't have to live in the Great Depression, only the Not so Great Depression.
