Button Box Treasures

Recently I met a school-teacher, Judy Martin, of Alpharetta, Georgia.  Judy spends her time outside of the classroom working with buttons and beads, and her most recent effort is “Button Box Treasures.”  Having collected antique and vintage buttons for many years, she uses them to make brooches, pins and earrings.  Each of the buttons have a sense of history, and she puts them together beautifully, creating unique jewelry pieces – truly ornaments of inestimable charm that unfortunately cannot be conveyed in these pictures.  For more information, email her at jmartin@millsprings.org

Nice brooches and jewellery, love old buttons. They have such history. Many are not made today so the jewellery you make is very unique
